Welcome to the Huggy Bear Children's Development Center (CDC)
Huggy Bear Children's Development Center LLC (HBCDC) is a passionate and caring full medical daycare center for children between the ages of six weeks to 8 years old who are medically fragile with 100% dedication targeted to projects that enrich the lives of children, with disabilities and their families in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding areas.
Huggy Bear offers a prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) program providing skilled nursing, therapy, social work, and educational services in a traditional child daycare setting. Huggy Bear has an inclusive program that specifically addresses the needs of working parents, or parents seeking work, by allowing their children to get the education and socialization benefits of spending their day with other children in a group of their peers while receiving the medical attention they need.
